We're on it! All orders, including those with a personalized items, hit the road within 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once they're on their way, orders take 3-10 business days until the celebration arrives at your doorstep! 🎉🚀✨

We've got the United States Postal Service grooving with us for most orders. Need to speed up the party? We also offer FedEx shipping at checkout for an express dance to your doorstep! 💃📦✨

We've got the express lane covered with FedEx 2-day shipping for just $11.99. Add a dash of speed at checkout and voilà – your celebration is on the express train! 🚀🎉💨

We can only ship FedEx to a physical Street Address – No P.O. Boxes or APO's for FedEx.

Orders ships within 2 business days Monday-Friday and they take 1-3 business days to arrive.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Note: Orders placed on Fridays after 2 pm EST will ship on Monday.

 We accept returns for non-personalized items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please include the packing slip or email confirmation. Follow these easy steps to submit a return request:

  2. Select the order and items for return.
  3. Choose a return reason and add a note.
  4. Click "Request Return." If accepted, we'll email you instructions for sending the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
